These terms apply when you buy one of the digital kits on this site. They are meant to be read, not survived. If anything here is unclear, email me and ask. hello@mochashmigelsky.com comes straight to me.
This site and the PAC kits sold on it are the work of Mocha Shmigelsky, operating from British Columbia, Canada. Email: hello@mochashmigelsky.com.
Everything sold here is a digital product: documents, templates and spreadsheets you download. There is no physical shipment and no ongoing subscription. Current products and prices:
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are charged once. The price shown on the product page at the moment you check out is the price that applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to me. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of that data is covered by its own terms and privacy policy.
Delivery is immediate and digital. When your payment succeeds you land on a confirmation page with a download link, and a copy of that link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. If a download does not arrive, or a link expires before you have used it, email me and I will send the files directly.
The promise made on the product pages is the promise here: if a kit is not right for your PAC, email hello@mochashmigelsky.com within 30 days of your purchase and I will refund you or swap you to the right kit, whichever helps. You do not need to justify the request, and you do not lose access to what you have already downloaded while we sort it out. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
These kits exist to be used. You may use, edit and adapt them for your own PAC, and share them with the other members of your PAC executive. That is the point of buying one. Please do not resell them, publish them publicly, or distribute them as your own product to PACs that have not bought a copy. The materials remain my copyright.
The kits are templates and practical guidance drawn from more than ten years of PAC leadership. They are not legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for your own board's judgement, your school district's rules, or the requirements of the BC Gaming Grant or the Societies Act. Check anything consequential against the current official source, because rules change and a template cannot know your situation.
The free resources (the Handover Checklist, the AGM Kit, the Programming Directory, the webinar) are offered as-is, with the same refund question never arising because nothing was charged. Signing up for a free resource may add you to an email list; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not take away anything you have already downloaded.
What is collected, what measures your visit, and how to opt out are all set out on the privacy page.
If these terms change, the version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. The date below says when this page was last updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing here limits the rights you have under BC consumer protection law.
